    After my training as a chef and F&B manager, I previously worked for several years in various kitchens and restaurants. There I was able to gain a lot of experience and develop my skills even further. But I wanted to do more and develop myself even further. That’s why I started studying business administration and, after successfully completing my studies, I held various positions in gastronomy-related sales areas. My professional career ultimately led me to the business field of outdoor kitchens. In 2019, I then dared to take the step into self-employment and fulfilled my dream of a top-class company of my own. With FLAM.E I founded Austria’s first highly professional trade for outdoor kitchens.
