Selected materials in an appealing design
The chopping boards specially developed for FLAM.E consist of a multifunctional chopping board with disposal chute and matching holding frame with slide-in device, ideally suited for GN 1/2 containers. They are the result of many years of experience in the outdoor kitchen sector combined with the best materials and sophisticated features.
Integrated drainage channel
The board can also be tilted thanks to a special milling that serves as a guide when inserting the board onto the holding frame. This makes it possible to collect and empty the juice produced when cutting vegetables or meat separately without spilling.
Gentle on the knives
The specially treated and slightly wavy surface grinding is particularly gentle on the knives and also offers an optimum cutting surface.
Disposal chute
A separate disposal chute on the other side of the board ensures that the clippings can be pushed directly from the board into the collection container below. This also functions as a blade scraper, which is used to throw the cuttings into the container below. The containers serve both as a collecting tray for the sliced vegetables and for collecting waste produced during slicing.
For universal use
The standardized dimensions of the cutting board developed by FLAM.E are optimally adapted to the size or the space available on a worktop in an average household or outdoor kitchen. Either half a gastronomy bowl (GN 1/2) can be inserted underneath. With an overhang, it is also possible to use two containers of the same width. On request, we can also produce your cutting board in the size you require.
Non-slip and scratch-proof
There are rubberized bumpers on the underside of the holding frame to ensure that the board rests securely and fully on the worktop even without containers placed underneath, but still does not cause any damage or scratches on the worktop.
Multifunctional
The flat design means the chopping board can also be used as a chopping board or upside down as a serving board. The 2 recesses on the underside provide an easy grip for carrying and serving.
